About
New Covenant
The charting Gospel group, New Covenant, formed in 2001, originates out of Wendell, North Carolina. They bring to the stage a blend of Progressive Christian, Contemporary Christian, Praise and Worship, and Southern Gospel, and they are also known to take their audience through a nostalgic journey of 50’s and 60’s music from time to time. The stage is filled with laughter, energy and a positive message.
New Covenant is comprised of Jeremy Gamble, Larry Johnson, Joanna King, and Angela Millenbaugh. Each member has the versatility of singing various vocal parts and together they bring a casual yet spirited performance to a variety of musical venues. Collectively, the singers have an extensive background and experience in the music arena. From trios, quartets and choirs to professional bands, in addition to instrumental, songwriting, radio and studio work, each member brings a special flavor of talent that enhances their overall essence as a performing group. Roots run deep and wide as the individual members originate everywhere from Central and Eastern North Carolina, to Central Alabama, and even as far as England.
The mission of the group is to bring the truth of God’s love, the eternal hope found through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and joy in the hearts of those who are hurting and hungry for His divine peace… all through the healing power of music. The calling is real, the message is pure and the passion is bold. Come just as you are and celebrate with New Covenant!

We were invited to be a part of the world's largest Christian music festival, 40 Days and 40 Nights at the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. It was an amazing experience! There were 120 salvations that night, and 2,047 salvations total during the whole event!
The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee - "The Mother Church of Country Music"!
A casual Saturday turns into...... We had the privilege of singing up at the stage in ACAPELLA (even with a key change), the song, "This Little Light of Mine", and the acoustics were phenomenal. What an unexpected thrill of a lifetime for us but more importantly, we got to SHINE the LIGHT of our FAITH in that sweet Southern Sanctuary.
What an incredible day this was as we stopped and just decided to blend our voices and harmonize. Never planned, just felt a special tug to sing acapella there and decided to press the record button!

GREAT NEWS! We are so excited about this announcement! God has been good to us and we thank the gospel music DJ's and radio stations nationwide and in Canada who have been playing our music, especially our current single, "Eyes of Faith".
